Northern Fajitas

Delicious northern fajitas prepared with turkey breast and a mix of peppers that give a very unique Mexican flavor.

  • 500 grams of turkey breast milanesa (Peacock)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of sour orange
  • 1 Tbsp mustard


Cut the breast into strips and marinate for one hour with the orange juice, mustard, salt and pepper. 
Cook in a frying pan with olive oil.

Cut the peppers in strips and mix them in the supply together with the meat.


Serve and accompany with guacamole and corn tortillas.
