Greek Salad

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of turkey breast milanesa (Peacock)
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Black olives
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Yellow bell pepper

 

Preparation:

Cut the breast milanesa into small cubes and fry in olive oil.

Mix the Greek yogurt with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix everything in a bowl, tomato, lettuce, olives, bell pepper and dressing.

Serve:

Serve on a salad plate and add salt and pepper to taste.
