Milanese Breast

Juicy turkey milanesa ideal for a healthy and simple to prepare lunch.

  • 500 Grams of Milanese breast (Turkey King)
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of spices to taste


Prepare only with salt and lemon or you can marinate with lemon and spices.

In a very hot frying pan, fry each fillet over high heat until golden brown.


Serve with a portion of lettuce salad, shredded carrot, red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette.
