For the Bolognese sauce, finely chop the meat, as well as the onion, carrots and celery.
In a frying pan heat the oil with the butter, cook the minced meat until it is cooked and add the onion, the celery and the carrot. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes. Add the wine and let it reduce, then the tomato, the water and the spices. Reduce the heat and cook for about 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is reduced, but not completely dry. Season.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it is "al dente" or just right. Drain.
Serve the pasta with the sauce on top and finish with parmesan cheese and oregano to your liking.
